We here at Employment Success have had the pleasure of closely working with many directors, C-level executives and change leaders on creating powerful CV and cover letter documents—and during that time, we have learned a great deal on what it takes to succeed in the corporate world. We have come to appreciate that becoming an executive-level professional is a reflection of your dedication, specialised skills and leadership that you have developed as well as exhibited during your career. However, we have designed this special Executive-Level Coaching opportunity to assist you in building a comprehensive plan on developing a rich career strategy which includes choosing the right recruiter, leveraging your network for unadvertised jobs, aligning your leadership/unique skill sets to sector requirements and exploring areas of professional development, properly editing your CV and creating a consistent brand. There will be 4 sessions which will be 1 hour long each—they will be immersive and interactive—and will utilise the knowledge we have gained through working with executives around the globe.

Although you share similar traits to other executives such determination, resourcefulness and perseverance along with having experience in financial, operational and/or business management—it is imperative that you continually leverage your expertise as well as your Unique Selling Proposition—what separates you from others. That being said, we will show you the value of selecting the right recruiter through diligent research and even using your network in finding one—as many top-notch recruiters will only be known to you if you are referred to them!
