Challenge: Developing better customer relationships through clearer communications as well as fostering a team-first culture Action Plan: Utilising our experience in customer service, we developed a simply yet effective system in engaging customers, managing/resolving issues and building a rapport to retain the customer. We also created a workshop in how to build a more open/collaborative workspace.
Results: Because the staff was happy, customer satisfaction increased by 8% on a recent customer survey.
